Suzanne Elliott has deep roots in Kentucky. Born and raised in the Bluegrass, she is a proud graduate of the University of Kentucky and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Louisville. Her passion for community and service has been a constant throughout her life, and she has dedicated decades of her time and talents to organizations across Lexington. With over 39 years of experience in real estate, Suzanne has built a career defined by excellence and integrity. She was recognized as the #1 Top Producer in 2024 and has held the distinction of being the #1 Top Producer for 26 years—a reflection of both her dedication and her clients’ trust. Suzanne was Bluegrass Realtors' Realtor of the Year in 2021. Suzanne has also earned advanced professional designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and is a Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.
Suzanne has a long Kentucky history. Born in Kentucky, graduate of UK, she earned a Masters in Speech Pathology from the U of Louisville, and is very active in Lexington's community. Her involvement has included: Alzheimer Association Board, UKArt Museum Board, Art in Bloom Board - UK Art Museum, Women and Philanthropy - UK, Wilderness Road Girl Scout Board, Volunteer Center of the Bluegrass Board, James and Suzanne Elliott Endowed Professorship at UK. Suzanne has been in the business for 35 yrs. She was the #1 Top Producer for 2020 and has been the #1 Top Producer for 22 yrs, and has Advanced Designations in Real Estate: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Lifetime Member Multi-Million Dollar Club. Suzanne has enjoyed a long and successful career helping buyers and sellers complete their goals.
