Dan's passion for real estate began at a young age while watching his father build a successful career as a mechanical contractor. Those early experiences sparked an appreciation for real estate, construction, and the value of strategic investment. After graduating from the University of Kentucky, Dan launched a successful career in technology sales, where he developed the negotiation, marketing, and client-service skills that continue to benefit his clients today.
